They were amazing! Our Palliative nurse practitioner took the time to understand dad’s needs and made him feel comfortable. When it was time for dad to move into hospice, he was ready and understood that he wasn’t dying right now, that he just needed more care and support and so did we. "My only regret is that I didn't call them earlier. My wife's decline was so fast that I was caught off guard. I called Life's Journey at 3pm Monday. Tuesday the dealt with the insurance. They were out on Wednesday morning. By the end of that day my wife was in a hospital bed in my front room, meds and supplies were on order, and we had a plan. From that point on I saw someone from Life's Journey at least once a day every day and they were available 24/7 by phone. They were always there.
